Western Theme Fundraiser Dinner a Sell-out Success
On Saturday April 18th some 78 cow-folk dressed for a Home On The Range hoedown filled the Parish Hall for an evening of good food, good fun and cowboy games.
Organized by Mary Ellen and Thom Wigle, this year’s fundraiser dinner featured a delicious menu of Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Hash Browns, Creamy Coleslaw, Cowboy Caviar Bean Salad, Dill Pickles and Homemade Peach Cobbler with ice cream.
