The music ministry at St. Peter’s reflects a wide range of musical expression. Our two Vocal Choirs (9:15 AM and 11:00 AM) are integral components of our musical tradition, using the “Common Praise” Anglican hymnal as their primary resource. Selections are tailored to each service. The earlier service leans to a more contemporary, liturgical genre, while the Anglican choral tradition is reflected at the 11:00 AM service.
In 2007 and 2015, our choirs toured Ireland and the UK, performing at a number of cathedrals. Before the 2020-2021 COVID Pandemic, each December our choirs participated in the annual Toronto Star Christmas Carol Concert at St. Paul, Bloor Street.
